FIRST SILVER DUG!!!

Well, I've just gotten my first silver from metal detecting.. I have a minelab xterra 305.. It was from the same location I found the 1920 wheatie.. It was about 3 inches down.. Iffy signal.. That ground had some crazyyyy mineralization!!! But out came this 1954 QUARTER with S mint mark!! Yessss!!! I was excited about this find! My first silver, hopefully many more to come! HH!!!!

Thanks!! I really like silver washingtons in particular.. So I was really excited! Also went back to the same site yesterday and dug a 1937 buffalo nickel at about 10'.. I thought this place was built in the mid 60s, but turns out there was a house there years before.. HH
