Assistance needed in return

Ive found an item with call letters for a ham radio on it and I'd like to return it to them.
I don't know how about getting in touch with them so any assistance would be appreciated by them as well as myself.

There should be a site where you can look up the license info, I know there used to be a book one could buy.
Maybe just Google the call letters and see what comes up.

I just Googled my old call letters and my name came up.

I've googled it and all that comes up is that it looks like call letters from Spain. Someone else on another post looked it up and found a Spanish males name but no luck from there via google, Facebook ect. ANTONIO AGUIAR LADEVEZE
