None in your price range.

Tesoro Tiger Shark (about $590.00 new) is at the absolute starting line for waterproof units that can go below 10-feet deep. Garrett AT Pro ($595.00) can get wet up to 10-feet deep.

Yep, even going used vs/ new, likely going to be hard to find a waterproof detector in the <$200 price range.....

I paid $250 for a used Fisher 1280X. It finds gold, but only refined gold like rings and things. It's not a nugget hunter.

haha, Yeah i didn't mean Waterproof as in going diving with the machine. I only meant that it was capable of working in river banks and other areas along the water without ruining the machine

Just about every modern detector can be had with a waterproof coil.

Well Kevin, you can buy a sluice box and a shovel for that kind of money. If there is gold there you will find it.
Not being catty, try it, you make like it. Get a gold pan too. Have fun.

Teknetics Delta 4000 can be had in about your price range. It will see refined gold, and the coil is submersible.

There again, the Delta 4000 is only a single frequency machine.

Ooops, sorry, you're correct.....I meant to say that the Delta 4000 is not waterproof. I was talking with someone earlier who had to have a multi-freq machine and had that on my mind when I responded.
