Im on Long Island and detect as far as Adirondacks, would not mind if you wanted to join me on a trip or two. When it comes to the boyfriend stuff you are probably better off finding someone locally ... unless you can cook while carrying my gear in the field, then I might consider moving lol.

Lol I would love to hunt with you! But I only Have a tracker Iv. And the boyfriend stuff why not? How old are you?

Married and to old for you, but worked at S.U. for 37 years. Now live west of Syracuse near Cato. Good luck finding someone who enjoys what you do and also you. Everybody that I know is married and old like me, but if I think of someone, or my wife knows of someone, I'll let you know. Good luck hunting.

You two need to post pictures of your detectors first to see if the frequencies are even compatible...

Metal detectors utilize an electronic frequency to detect metallic objects in the ground. If the frequencies of different detectors are the same, or close to each other, electronic interference occurs and it's a terrible relationship...

Nothing but fussing and squealing at each other. They only get along and work when separated by distance.

Maybe, but nobody knows our ages for sure unless they've met in the flesh. For all you know, treasurehunter101 might be 67 years old, male, and weigh 350 lbs! :laughing7:
