I have a new Quattro that I have been using in coin mode at the beach and park. I have been getting unusually high target numbers for U.S. zinc pennies from 37 to 38 consistently. I use the noise cancel button regularly but it makes no difference. I have tried 3 different coils(stock, WOT and Joey) with similar results. This makes it very hard to discriminate pennies out since dimes and quarters fall in this range. Our soil has been very moist due to rain lately and I wonder if this is the cause? Any feedback would be appreciated.
