You said your budget is $150....look at used detectors..I see ace 250's used at $100 all the time.
If your lucky to find a fisher f2 in your price point jump on it!

The fisher f2 and tesaro would be my choices as well. The fisher is $199 new on amazon and other sites. Its a step up from the ace150/trackerIV.
