If a warrant is issue on the spot to any of the park officials or arqueoligists I bet you they keep in their houses as personal souveniers stuff found that belongs to a museum.

When ever the city asks for a permit it is called extorsion.
The already receive your tax dollars to hunt (recreate in parks and now they want to charge you also. It is also violating your Civil Rights. If everyone else can use the parks for their activities so can you. It just hasn't been challenged in court. They cannot remove you and let all others enjoy the grounds. Ky. Ed
