:o Well hooked up yesterday with Ben and John to dirt dig :metaldetector: Well a couple days ago, I was talking to a friend of mine about a Indian head penny and he said that if I find a 1877 it's worth some good money. Well that day was 3/24/2015 to my surprise, I dig this signal and it was a Indian head penny. I cleaned it up a little looked at the date at first it look like 1879 my eyes are getting bad.:laughing7: I take it over to my buddy John we clean it a little more he takes out his loop and bang 1877... John Ben and I could not believe it 1877 Indian head Penny What are the odds of that happening just talking about it... im going to call my friend and start talking about gold coins and see if I find some WOW

Good GRIEF>

The Holy Grail is right. GREAT find. Absolutely amazing find... I'm stunned. That's awesome. I collect pennies, and I don't EVER expect to own one without having to buy it. That's amazing.

Wow, Dang! Holy Cow! That is Un-Real. Good Job!
Yeah the one I have in my collection I had to buy it also, never expect to find one MD-ing due to the scarcity.
Even if it grades About Good to Good due to being underground it should be worth anywhere from $450 at the very rock bottom, and up retail.

Soak in distilled water clean once a week under running water with soft brush and then use a wooden toothpick to clean.. might take a couple months
