Know where I always like to start on property ?

Just walk out where you can see entire property... or best spot for a good look...

Look at the trees...
Which one "stands out"...
Which one "looks oldest"...
And old "funky" old growing ones with branches that hang way over...
Any of them look "inviting"... like drawing you to it over the others ?

Chances are that same tree had the same "effect" on someone else as it does you.
Start there :)

Work the "base" of the tree... carefull of the roots... go slow..
These were the #1 hiding spots for Mason Jars filled with savings and stashes and such.
Also... things were often lost under and around trees.
