What's the funniest "accusation" of where you get your finds?

While sharing by text my finds the other day, My brother-in-law "replied to all" that I frequent the retirement homes and pick up jewelry from folks who won't miss it.

I just about fell over laughing... then realized that's really not funny, but kept laughing anyway, because I think that is the point of irreverent "humor"!

What have YOU been accused of doing? :)

I haven't been accused but when my wife asked where I'd been detecting, I just said "CEMETERIES ARE A GOLD MINE!".

She was not impressed

I was kidding of course

I spend so much time dirt fishing, my wife thinks I have a mistress. I told yes, I do, and she is black too. Her name is Martha. She's my F75 LTD SE.... :tongue3:

This is not an accusation but is funny story. Once a friend and I where hunting in a field and were surrounded by sheep. Someone on the adjoining property was shooting a rifle. One of the sheep fell to the ground and rolled on his back to scratch at the exact time my bud looked our way and the gun went off. Should have seen the look on his face. We still laugh about that.
