You Colorado guys suck!!!!

I have a friend that lives in Sterling Colorado an he has told me for the last 3 days that the weather has been 60 degrees and nice. I think you have had enough, send some to PA. I am supposed to get mt detector on the 9th and I am hoping for the snow to melt before that.

I doubt it. I would actually go to colorado if I could, I love that place. I spent a week there in 1993. I was in Fort Collins at the campus and I walked to the mountains, Had tons of fun. Oh yeah, the girls weren't bad looking either, lol.

We get Colorado's weather in a day or two. So, I like it when Colorado is doing fine. Today, it got to 70, and should be warm all weekend.

Yeah. ?Colorado ain't bad. ?But I read finds from guys in Pa and go green real fast. ?It's always greener over there, eh?! ?Also read posts from folks in Fla., west coast, down south and even Texas! ?When Lil' Lowbatts was the big traveling tumbler and competed and trained all over the country we'd take her out to Woodward every summer. ?I told the family we are gonna move here, somewhere between Punxatawney and Woodward, there's no skeeters in July!?! ?What kind of place has no skeeters in July? ?There's lots of Canadians who would kill for such a place! ?

And the townsites, roadways and old areas, churches, schoolyards... ?Central Pa just rules! ?Was at a gas station in DuBois filling up and this old fella walked up and said hello, wondered what part of Illinois we were from. ?Told him, turned out he came from Elgin too and retired to the Dubois area. ?Asked him if he liked it there, he just looked at me with that "help, call the police" look and said, "it's different, you know?" ?I'll take his word for it.

Yep 60 degrees here in Denver today. But where were you folks when it is -10 with blizzard conditions here.
Free2d was sure right- after frost heaving those seated coins in our parks are just popping out of the ground here. It is like an easter egg hunt here with folks walking around the parks with baskets scooping up those 100 year old coins.

How are you folks doing?

60 here in Maryland today but tomorrow its suppose to drop back down to the low 40's and snow for a bit. I can't wait for this snow to melt!

JD and I are planning on getting together. There is a lot in this area and having others to share it with makes it even better. I think I can learn a lot from JD. Even if just some of that Luck rubs off will help a lot... He seems to really enjoy MDing and his family.
