Last of hunting the street tearout and found this pendant, I was thinking it might be old Spanish coin made into a pendant I'm having hard time cleaning it these u the pictures I could take. Any ideas ??? It's reading 7-26 on my etrac

thanx for the updates on the street tearout finds. That last item appears to be a medallion, not a coin. Like a Saint medallion, that just happens to be shaped similar to a coin. The sideways clasp, where it appears to be hand-drilled, is of the older variety . And the patina also gives it aways as having been in the ground a LONG time.

Let us know if you're able to get any details off of it, after cleaning. Nice find !
