There are lots of detectors that would be an upgrade from a Eurotek. What is your budget? A Fisher F75 is a great relic machine.

Well, the budget at maximum is 400-500 dollars. I have been using it for 6 months now and I will most likely use the Eurotek for the entire next season, but I can already feel the flaws of it being a beginner-level detector. i am looking into something more serious with a bit bigger depth.

Look into the Classic T2. It's in your budget. $499 new, just be cautious if you buy used, there are some fakes out there.

For new machines, you might also look at the Tesoro Vaquero, DeLeon, and Outlaw. Get the biggest coil (if you have a choice) for max depth. If you're willing to buy used, there are a ton of good choices.
