I am not sure where to go with this: I am planning a trip to Raleigh North Carolina in September to visit my daughter and family. I would like to get a bit of md'ing in while I'm there so I am asking for anyone's help in the Raleigh area who maybe able to hook up with for a few hours of detecting. I have been detecting for a couple years, I have an AT Pro and still learning it, so I would appreciate it greatly for some folks to hunt with.
Thanks in advance.

The Avon ring I found was costume, or Plated. I also have found 3 or 4 or the good luck/ key holder's. You could punch your own at a machine usually at Drive -in's, arcades., etc. Pretty sure they date from the 60's on. HH, Joe.

That 1926 token is not a 1926 token!

When you used to go to the fair, they had a machine that makes those, they are souvenirs from the fair. You could write (emboss) whatever you wanted on them. I have one that has profanity on it... a really nasty little saying too. Boys will be boys, ya know!

Blow the pic up and you can see it!

Is yours for coneaut lake in Ohio? That's what mine says it's from. Not sure why would have that year and name on it if not from then?
