I'm as brazen and ballsy and lack all-sorts-of-caution level to-a-fault type of guy. But THIS is just plain ballsy.

There's a true story of a CW hunter, back in the early 1980s if I recall, who found a few CW era land-mines on a hunt. He dug each one out, and put in his truck (apparently they have collector value ?). He got them back home, and unloaded each one to bring into his house. While moving the last one inside, it went off ! Yup, still unstable and live even after over 120 yrs. in the ground ! Anyone remember that story ?

Dont worry :) If we find a live mine, there is no way to continue walking around :) or diging it out.

In cases where we have a live ordnance, we always make a GPS location check and we call the police and wait till they arive.

Its better when we found them, and not some kids or some unlucky hunter :)

Pretty wild exciting fun, any mine goes off you sure would regret it if you survive, Well, You were doing what you love..... Now there could be interesting finds if those mines claimed any victims and their effects may be scattered? Best of Luck in your Hunts.
