You'll love that scoop! The lift handle is a nice addition too, although mine broke after about 9 months of hard use. I got a heavier duty version at Home Depot and found it worked better for me by rotating it around 180 degrees, so, it's on the back side. Makes getting the slug of wet sand out easier and provides a nice handle to drag the scoop to make grid marks.

No ring on the Water Hunt Yesterday.

Weather was nice, 50 with a little wind.

I dug it all, I have a theory that this beach has not been hit in a long time base on the clad and ring pulls. It's not a large beach by any means so I'm excited to get back out in the water.
