Contrary to most above I like digging clad// I dig 1000s per yr//My favorite areas are large gravel parking lots where I can,
using a Ryobi battery drill with a 5/8" spade, dig better than 25 coins/hr yes its great when I get a silver or an earring. but I don't count on it///
Also I don't dig pennies (69-79s) if over 4" // My ATPro reads just about 2" too deep so a 6" read will be at 4" etc. three quick plunges with the drill
will often leave the coin on top so I can just pick it up///
