Hi Ive just got a vaquero or laser trident 11 which is a buttons only machine which I love.reminds me a bit of my whites classic coin master . now I ve never had a problem finding the target with any detector by crossing over the spot never use a pinpoint button think its a waste of a spot on the panel where a light can come on when the target sounds would be handy for a hard of hearing detector user...??? I have one on my cs 4pi

Don't need it for beach hunting or areas where I can dig larger plugs, but sure works well when I'm stuck with digging small, neat plugs in well manicured lawns. Also good for checking for co-located targets since it (usually) separates better than motion mode.

I never use the PP button either & I agree a light or something else would be better. I am deaf in one ear.

I do the neat lawns with a 4 inch coil and a narrow trowel and hand pin pointer, :icon_thumleft:

Why not design a light/button that serves both purposes?
