Need Help With I.D. Of Coin...

It's pretty wasted but still some detail left. Anyone know what this is? Found it about 15" down in the lake bottom at a new location.

I can hardly read any of the detail, appears to have "VALLOR" around the edge along with some other wording. On the other side I can make out a "50" just inside the wreath on the left side so maybe a type of .50 cent piece? I'm guessing it's probably foreign..........

Above the "50" I can make out what appears to be the letters "ROM.." so maybe Romania?

In the picture it looks like it's silver, but apparently it was copper-nickel.

Man, you guys are on it! Thanks bunches for the efforts and info! I found several really deep coins at that location, most were from the 60's so I have no idea how that coin got there but probably more older coins and maybe even some old gold & silver in that same area. Going to have to go back there when I have more time, grid it off and hunt it really tight to see what else is down in the depths. The bad part, even at 15-16" it was still all sand so probably not going to be able to access the heavier stuff, but we'll give it a shot and see what we can find. Thanks again for the effort and I.D.

Heading back to this same location today for another quick spin, a lot of area that I wasn't able to run a coil over the other day.

Well, didn't fair all that well but did get a couple of fun finds, one 42 wheat, one 46 dime, one sterling ring, a brass and stainless cross, an old Mepps spinner, a Navy button, a heads/tails token coin, some clad, and a lot of old bottle caps. Most everything was monster deep again, had to do some select cleaning on the older stuff due to all of the tarnish and corrosion built up on them. Looks like I'll be spending more time at this location as I'm sure there's more deep goodies there if I can just get at them?
