First Years Total

The total for my first year of metal detecting (Feb - Nov) was $104.63. Mostly from the gravel parking lots of a couple Natural Resource District lakes near me. My only silver was 2 Rosie dimes and a couple of smaller rings. But I did find 4 Matchbox cars, a near new fidget spinner and various worthless medallions.

I am using a Garrett Ace 300 with the stock coil. Think I'll just to take my findings and buy silver coins. This year I need to try some older parks or home sites.

Welcome to Tnet from an Ohio coin shooter. Looks like you had a fun year. I didn't dig up many keeper coins my 1st season. Permissions to hunt old properties is where it's at.

Wow, if all coins you prob found something like 1500 coins to total $105, as a guess. You place that same energy in the right places and you will be more amply rewarded. But, always have a great time.
