Congrats on your $80. :occasion14: This was my lowest year for clad. I ended up depositing $255.65 into my hobby account. I only detect about 8 hours every weekend and my season is about 9.5 to 10 months long. Most places I average about $1.50 per hour while there are a few where I dig 4 to 6 bucks an hour. I prefer to hunt permissions, but do hunt schools and parks on occasion.

2016 CLAD Total coin face value dug was $337.90

2015 I dug 360.57 face value but never took a pic of the rolled clad :BangHead:

My 1st year (2014) I was obsessed and hunted 24 hours every weekend and a couple hours per night. I will never dig this much clad in 8 months ever again. I dug about $511 the 1st season (May -Jan) I actually spent about 40 worth of clad quarters during the season so these were not on hand for the year end photo.

This hobby does fund itself if you don't mind finding spots that produce clad. I had 2 some spots where I averaged up to $8 per hour. Both places were so target infested that if it did not ring in as a quarter or better I did not dig it. Of course over time I ended up gridding both of those sites. One site is not worth hunting anymore while the other still produces between a 1 to 2 dollars an hour. I definitely need to locate another honey hole.

Congrats on the clad total, i think mine was like 15 bucks. I never really understood specifically hunting for clad though. I have many places I could here that are loaded to the brim; but for some sick twisted reason I'de rather torture myself and dig trash at a cellar hole all day:dontknow:

Nice totals,,
I know my annual clad totals are going to be way off since I've moved to Port Allegheny, Pennsylvania.
My best clad year in NYC was $811.

I guess from all the totals You guys got that commented, I had better get busier this year!! Congrats on the great Clad totals. I also purchased 4- 9volt rechargeable batteries with a charger for My pinpointers with found clad, Since My CTX is rechargeable so I can justify spending more on gas to go places eliminating the cost of batteries. HH And may All of You have an Excellent Year!!
