Took the new Liberator out for its first run and.Found a 8" iron spike 1/2" down (that I pounded in the ground 4 years ago).
1) Dime @ 4" down and.
1) quarter @ 7" down.
The coins must of been dropped by the construction crew 4 years ago,who replaced our front sidewalk.
Think I'm gonna like this machine.Had to read the manual a few times to figure out most of the bells & whistles . And I Love how it weighs nothing :)

I appreciate you posting and all the replies, I was trying to decide my budget and what to get, and ordered this one today. I tried out an OLD white's, and decided I wanted one to play with, so entry level for me, this should work well. Thanks

One week at the beach(Sandbridge Va.) 087.JPG turned up a lot of junk. But its not the MDs fault, just never walked over "the good stuff".The Liberator is everything and more that I thought it would be:)Incredible depth, some of these items were almost 2 feet down (in dry ocean sand) . ALL items found with Sens @ 6 and manual ground @"00 Getting use to the machine I decided to dig All hits.

I wish all the beer cans I found were full :occasion14:Worked the beach area in a grid pattern .About a 30 yard by 50 yard area at a time. Then going on to the next grid. And again, and again.Single 9v. batt lasted as advertised 20 hrs.Love how it weighs nothing. Also my DIY sand scoop worked great :) 054.JPG
