I have an ACE 250 that ive had for a good while now and have had good experience with so I recently upgraded to an AT Max.
So far I love it and its quite a leap forward, in depth, and the ability to discriminate for more specific types of targets.
If its more discrimination you are looking for, you might wanna give the AT Pro the nod, but either way you will probably be pleased with either one.
Good Luck

If you hunt in trashy areas you might want to consider a small coil, it's helped my AT pro immensely in trashy areas.

Enjoy those bell tones.... The AT Pro has a strong following. Most of my friends that swung one, did so for a season or less and then upgraded to the XP Deus when it hit the market.
