Last week i found my first infield bullet and it got me thinking about all the bullets i have found over the years. I have found Big bullets and small bullets and several in between but have yet to find any kind of CW three ringer. Do you find bullets and do you keep them? If so, post a pic of your most prized bullets and present the picture here!

Here is a small sampling of some of the bullets i have found. The middle one is the Enfield



Just like my dog tags, i need to make a display for my bullets.

Not a display of multiple bullets but my favorite single bullet I've found.
Not only do I love the condition but it was found where I know a guy named Forrest and his men were fighting.

Got to ask, about how many CW bullets have you dug? Over how many years of hunting?

Not sure exactly how many. Seven or eight hundred probably.
Many are fired and where found on the side of a steep bank in a known Union camp. We think they target shot there because I have found as many as four in one hole.
I really like the dropped 69s because of the size and heft of the bullet. Makes you think about what these poor guys where facing. No wonder there were so many amputations.
I started digging in 2014, but we discovered a Union camp that had not been hunted much. Most dropped bullets I ever found in one hunt (6 hours ) was 26. Thanks guys!

I might consider help if the Dr lived near a CW site, and would let me hunt. Just saying

OK Not all cool Dug bullets but here are three of my cabinets. If you can zoom in you will see some pretty rare stuff in OG Condition. And upon post inspection of pictures you can get a groovy grey haired silhouette of yours truly and a framed Signed Marilynn Monroe Photo! Bonus!

Some Unobtainiums in there as well I really like the .50 cal rocket fuel propelled bullet. Pure Prototype!
