Truth is probably like me.when i buy something to use for its intended purpose it better be able to handle its job.shovels are made for digging so it should be able to handle it no matter what.if a shovel cant handle digging without breaking then its a piece of crap,the company will no longer get my business.

I truly feel it’s a piece of junk they just got that five year warranty but it tell you they should speak with craftsman tools maybe they could help them out because that **** don’t break no matter what

I have a gravedigger nemesis. Although it's a bit heavy it would take a significant event to break it. Solid as they come.

Probably the parts are made in china but assembled in the states.I have read that before on a few labels,tools to avoid.
