The amount of insect/tick repellent sprayed on your feet and legs confirmed my thought when I seen you wading out into the grass-TICK HELL
It looked as if you were sort of limited due to the height of the grass. That was some tough detecting, can imagine the tall grass also wore you out swinging against it.

I'm glad you were able to hunt the place, I hope if you go back there in the future you find lots of silver and maybe even a buried jar of coins!

There are Deer that bed down in the grass so Ticks might be there I havn't seen any but I wear spray I'm not taking any chances !!!!
The grass did wear on me a little it's about a foot taller now and thicker I need to mow and weedeat it...
