Do you mean as in GPS tracking?
I'm not really an app type person but know there are lots of GPS apps available.

TectoTrac made in the UK I think. Used on iphone and works pretty good. Support is quick as I was making some mistakes and losing pics data. One thing I don't like is when you take a pic through the app, it is not available through the phone pictures. Make sure you back everything up. And it does use up a phone battery pretty quick but not awful. tried some others. Now I mainly use the phone camera, import into Google earth using the gps info on each picture.

I also use TectOTrak and love it. I highly recommend it. I have it on iPhone.
