My Lyman mold for my .54 muzzle loading rifle casts a flat nosed minie very similar to that. There are hundreds of them in the woods behind my place from target practice. My mold is close to fifty years old but I don't think they were making that pattern much earlier than that.

Also possible the tip was cut off for whatever reason, and that it is CW period.
