    Button identification

Searched a permission today, three empty lots that once had 3 homes that show up on a 1914 historical map. Anyways I found this two piece crimped button, looks to be military style with writing on the back, scoville co. Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated.

ITS - either WW I or WWII - if land is around 1914 - Id lean towards WW I
THEY USED THE "Great Seal" during both wars with slight variations
ones here that look similar were found at a WW I training camp
