Can anyone date this shovel head?

You may have to clean it up a bit and find a maker's mark.

Cleaned it up the best I could and I don't see a mark. It must be mass produced? It's identical to one I found last year in a different state, buried in a tailings pile.

Found the mark. All I can see is JA(Rusted) CAST STEEL

This is definitely it but they don't put the name of it.
