12 x 6 inch coil for ML Advantage or Sterling

Saw a 12 x 6 coil on E-Bay to work on newer and older Advantages and Sterling for anyone interested. Just a heads up.

I have the ML Musk. Advantage with a 8in. and 10in. coil.
What would the 12x6 coil be used for? Is there an advantage to using it?
