I am open to advice

Hello fellow detectorists......I have a dilemma...I live in Washington State (The hot rock/mineralized ground capitol of the world) . I am getting ready to purchase a new MD for nugget hunting. I am looking at the GMT; The Super Traq: The Minelab xterra70 and Eureka and the Gold Bug 2. All of these fine manufacurers claim to have the best detector....aaaarrrggghhhh....any thoughts? Any and all advice is GREATLY appreciated...thanks

Have you looked at the Infinium? Garrett has re-designed the coils which make it much more stable than before. I know a lot of folks are taking another look at this machine. Good Luck!

Minelab makes some of the best detectors in the world when having to deal with hot rocks and or black sand. I would give it serious consideration.
