Old apartment courtyards, once you kneel down to dig your first target, there is no reason to stand back up again for the rest of the day.

I enjoy searching in remote mountains, or woods. I try to research a place that have
some good targets. That can't be done every time. So, where ever I can spend a while
with my metal detector is my favorite place at the time.

After seeing Treasure_Hunters post, I an considering the beach as a permanent
"treasure" hunting ground :D

I like to hunt the beach, it's easy to dig and there is about 650 miles of beaches here in Florida :). I'd love to try relic and old site hunting sometime though.

Hands down.....the lake! I don't live by the ocean, or my answer may be ocean instead. I love jewelry and that's where I find most of mine!

I like the nude beaches as they have nowhere to hide jewelry and they wear more of it. ;D

I mostly do tot lots as they are easy.
We found a couple that replenish every couple weeks locally.
Last weekend worked part of a beach on the river to try new sand scoop.
Will do that more from now on.
Sandman gave me good idea for that river.
There are several areas that are "Clothing Optional" posted there.
I don't want to be scared tho... LOL
