IDX mod pics needed.

what i'm asking is for some pics of the mods to White's IDX or Any Classics
with the mods done. the pics should be of the inside of the control box with the
threshold and ground balance switches installed( pots ) need to the wireing
diagram any help would be great... thank ya'll very very very much..

It's been at least 6 years since I did the mods myself. I no longer have the detectors. Classic 3 and IDX. But I believe when you open the box up the trimmers are marked by name. I think it was GRD ans THR. Someting like that. At the time I didn't know what size pots to use. So I called a Whites service center and the guy rattled off the pots I needed. The trimmers have 3 leads and are soldered to the board. Desolder the trimmers. Then run the center connector to the new pots and put the other 2 leads to the other pot terminals. If your new pots work in reverse switch the two outside leads. That's all from what I remember.
