Whites surf pi mod's

Can anyone advise on any mod's that can be made on a Surf PI (whites)

I second the question.... what can we do to improve the whites PI?

I have one that is just the circuit board, coil and need to mess with it some day.

I was going to try and tighten up the Delay time to improve gold detection.

The big question is why would anyone want to mess with prefection? I have a surfmaster PI and I have pulled targets from 2' down. Now 2' down in sand is a lot of work! There's an old saying, never mess with a good thing! My PI is 10 years old. It has found targets in sand on both oceans. It has found nuggets in the desert. It has found coins in black sand. I consider it a good thing!

The Surf PI is definately a good machine but there is room for improvement. The PI Pro is a better machine than the Surf PI for small gold and the Dual Field is a better machine than the PI Pro. The Dual Field has an adjustable pulse delay that can be set very low to pick up smaller gold and deeper and I find it to be a lot more stable than the PI Pro. White's just keeps making their PI machine better and better.
