I see a design fault there, May want the hang the shovel by the handle instead of the blade or add a flap or cover to the blade of the shovel. If you trip and fall with that design I foresee a nasty cut to your stomach / ribcage and lots of stitches in your future.

Great ideas! This is the setup i use. I got it from Home Depot for around $8 and works great. Easy to attach and remove my shovel

I bought the ReadyShovel and it a good addition to my tools, holds the T handled Lesche/Predator tools tightly in place...the shovel bumps a little on my leg, but it`s nice having a holster to put the shovel in . Holster easily accommodates a 2" Garrison belt For $14.95 it`s a good tool, and worth the price. Gary Picture 144.jpg Picture 145.jpg

I would rather just spent the $14.95 on the Ready Shovel and present myself to Joe Public as customized rather that hang a butchered plastic can off of me and walk around.

That plastic shovel holder is a great idea, with a little modification and some money,I think you might have a $$$,money maker.Remember the guy who came up with the Super Soaker, who started off slow and sold his idea for millions.

What you don't see are the neodymium magnets holding the shovel to the bag. The shovel itself is a cut down BigLots unit I paid $10 for. A friend used a cutting torch to serrate it, and a grinding tool to sharpen it. worked well for over 5 years.
