2, one isn't even worth mentioning, but now Im using a lone star bounty hunter, haven't had a chance to find anything with it yet though.
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
so i got a bounty hunter lone star upgrade from my crappy old famous trails one. i cant just throw away the old one, its too much cool technology. with my new MD, i've noticed its hard to pinpoint my finds. my other metal detector has audio that has three continuous tones while my new one has seperated beeps an only works with sweeping. i just want to make my old one into a handhelp pinpointer. the old one is a gray famous trails one with a round coil that has no spaces. electrical engineers help me out here guys!! thx

Check out YouTube, I've seen a guy turn a crappy pinpointer to a really good one. Not sure if I've seen one out of an old MD. Good luck.

Hi my name is Gary Bonin buy the Garrett pro pin-pointer I know it cost around $120 to $150 but it's the best pin-pointer for the money check it out for your self on the web look for Garrett pro-pointer rewiews videos. It works great and will save you a lot of digging. Take it from me you won't be sorry. Garrett hit a home run when they made this one.
