Using a single point gun sling for detector
I know we have to have some shooters on here that have modified a single point gun sling to use for detecting to take up some of the weight. Would you please post some pictures so I can get some ideas of how it works. I swung my V3i today for 5 hours and I'm already starting to feel it. It a great detector, but it get's heavy after a few hours.

 Rook
You can buy one called the detector buddy fairly cheap. Since I got the Deus, I use mine on the Weed eater at times.
When you come to a fork in the road, take it.

I use the detector buddy on my V3i (and Minelab machines), no problem swinging all day!
