I have always wanted to try metal detecting. I finally did when I went up to Seattle, Wa. I bought a Forager for $60. I may not be the best but have found a few items. Now I am going to be heading back to Florida. I really want to get a good machine. Driving back I thought would be a good adventure to metal detect across the US. Having a hard time deciding which machine I should get. I'm leaning towards the Garrett At Pro. Any suggestions?

Garrett at pro is the best choice. Perfect for finding coins, jewelry on land, on beaches and even underwater. It offers many of the same advanced features as the Garett at Gold.

I think thats a great one to tranistion into...Its a good "Beep and Go" machine that I have had great luck with. Also as A@ mentioned, Garrett customer service is the best to work with if you should have any issues.

Best of luck!
