What is it?

I read meteorites don't leave marks on stone, but this metal glob does.

I found it on an island in Town Lake in Austin, about 1" under the surface.? I think in one of the pictures you can see a little pebble fused to the surface.

It's about 2.5 inches across, relatively flat with a hole in the middle, and quote heavy.? It is not magnetic.? When scratched across brick, it leaves a dark grey streak.?

Anyone know what it is?

ETA: Forgot to mention it has a slightly greasy feel when rubbed. It is also quite soft; I'm able to mark it with a thumbnail.
