anyone else think i found a meteorite ?

pictures really dont do this find justice . the sparklynesson the inside is just amazing . it weighs 17.5oz . measure in length at 4" and 7" diameter . outside looks to have a little charred appearance . and a magnet sticks to it like crazy .im just curiousto see if anyone can help . thank you .

based on your 4th picture you have a piece of magnetite

A mix of magnetite and pyrite. Sorry not a meteorite.

Unfortunately, It’s most likely magnetite…. not a meteorite. They’re black, opaque and submetallic to metallic mineral. Also, from your 4th picture, I can see the form of isometric crystals which is what magnetite has. It’s also another common mineral that is attracted to magnets.
