It appears to be some kind of metal, broken from a larger piece, with a lot of weathering. Also appears to be man made.

Time for more coffee.

Agreed. If it had been a meteorite recovered from the sea, it would be rusty... and I see no rust.

Is it magnetic?

I cannot judge it since i havent touch it yet
But my friend tould me it isnt so magnetic though it catches magnet

For that appearance, if it were a meteorite it would be strongly magnetic (and, if recovered from the sea, also rusty).

Maybe the man used a weak magnet
The absence of rusy could mean that the stone is fresh or polished by the waves and the shore sand
The sand with the waves works like a sand blaster .... eh?

I think this is what we call "clutching at straws". That's not a meteorite.
