Found this while looking for native american artifacts, back in the early 80, I call it abraider. Used to grind points at the base. I did a home test that passed , magnet is good, did the back side on ceramic tile showing no marks, grind it see better. I know it needs more test by someone that knows what their doing, It ways a little under a pound. It found it in a open field. Northern Pa. I sure could use some good visual opinions.

Personally, I have doubts. If you believe it to be a meteorite, please have a professional or organization that identifies meteorites take a look at it. Once that is done, get back with us.

Time for more coffee.

Well thank you for the input , as soon as this virus settle down. I will be looking up a geologist for sure, and let this forum know.

Many geologists lack sufficient knowledge. At least those near me.

Time for more coffee.
