Getting metal the hard way

This was put in me in 08... Taken out in dec of 09..Im 37 now. Best advice is always know what your body is telling you and never impress people with lifting heavy things, The pain sucks and there is no cure.. though its cool i do have a bone grapgh to see about growing new bones from the ones they took... The good news is i wont be in a wheel chair

Hello Mike. Long time.. no see.. Wow, those pictures of yours gives me the shivers just looking at them. Maybe we can get
together again this summer. I spent a lot of time up north last summer and had my detector but didn't use it as much as I would have liked to.

yes i would like that.. I have more movement now, just hope the pain issue dies down, but i can bring pain pill for emergency
