what a long strange trip it's been (name change)

Hi Everyone, The former radiemaker is now Jim 2.0....I was laid off after 21 yrs. from R&A tool & Engineering last August. Several months of unemployment, job searching, and soul searching, have dampened my enthusiasm for metal detecting. Happy to say that I am once again gainfully employed in the quaint little town of Manchester, MI :) Talking with my new coworkers about my metal detecting "hobby" , they said they would be glad to show me around some old sites in the area! Sorry to be "away" so long....maybe I'll have some new "finds" to post soon. Wish me luck eh?

Jim I am glad you made it back, and I am really glad you found a job !
It is hard when you have worked so long and to get up one morning and have no job and wonder what you did wrong , even when you did nothing wrong .

At least now you can do something for yourself and not feel bad about it .

Happy hunting this summer !

Welcome back Jim, congrats on the new job. Maybe I will run into you out there, as I've worked in Manchester off and on for 15 years.....it is an old town, lots of old spots to hit, we had a group hunt there last spring. See ya out there! ffd
