Hello guys! Seeking for your expert opinion on this blade. It has been in our family at least from the 60s but no one remembers how it got there. Any idea about its make and age is welcome!

At the base of blade, on one side, the letters "Tul BAT U" are engraved, although it could also read as "Tull BAT U" or something. Unfortunately I couldn't get it more focused in the image.

Thanks

Kinda looks like "trench art ", BAT could be an abbreviation for battalion or battery.
