I found this with a Garrett CX III in all metal buried at 14-16 inches. The site was a Revolutionary War depot/fort in South Carolina. It was occupied/controlled by both the Patriots and the British. This picture was taken after HEAVY cleaning. I thought maybe it was a hinge or wagon part of some kind, but now am not so sure. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
