What do you do with the unexploded ordinance?

As clumsy as I can be, I'd really be nervous digging up mortar rounds and hand grenades.

Amazing finds there and often in very good condition. You detect a dreamland for every WWII hunter. I like to hear that you handle the remains of the fallen with respect. Too often the bones were thrown away and the tags go on sale... Seen too often here in my area....

the lighter has the Danish flag. Not too many Danes in Gebirgsdivision Nord. great finds!

The photo remains of Soviet pilot two years ago, we found the cabin part of the PE-2, apparently the plane exploded in the air.

Rare find, it happens not often to find the remains of a pilot in such big pieces.... You do the right thing to give those MIAs their name back!
