I had to send in my backup Excal to Minelab. I should have been more cautious and looked at it more before buying (used) from the person on one of the auction websites. The excuse for the tape on it was to protect it....blah blah blah... Well I removed the tape and at that point realized the headphones had problems.
Got an email with the price from Robert and was pleased it wouldn't be much. I have to say for as busy as they are at the Minelab office in Nevada, everybody I spoke with was very friendly. I should be getting my machine back next week. I also found out the machine was older then what the previous owner told me.....what a liar some are to sell their "stuff".
To me the total of a three week turn around is not bad. Also, the price turned out to be comfortable and reasonable.
