today's finds

Went out for a couple of hours this afternoon. I got to get in an old elementary school 's grounds that had been locked up for awhile. I had used other detectors there but not the etrac. I was able to pull out some clad and 4 wheaties, all in an area I have went over numerous times with other detectors. I really trust this machine so much that if its in the ground and I pass my coil over it, it will find it. All in a couple months time.

I hear ya. I think the more I learn about my 3030 the more I trust it. I've also recognized the usefulness of above ground testing. Air testing has opened my eyes for sure

Got a couple of keepers today. I got a 46 rosie as nd a very old wheat no date. The wheat is very worn and corroded, but it looks like an earlier wheat, and it was deep. About 7or 8 inches. The rosie was around the same depth. The etrac hit on both pretty good.
